At Salon DeMara, we utilize a system called .EliminInk™  It is effective on all ink colors; unlike laser. This procedure is safer, less painful, and less expensive than other removal methods, such as laser, excision, or dermabrasion. Clients can expect to see excellent results in three to five visits.

EliminInk™ Tattoo Remover is applied into tissue utilizing a technique similar to that used by the tattoo artist. Ingredients in EliminInk™ “bind” to the iron oxides in the tattoo inks and safely lift them to the surface through oxidation. A scab will form over the treated area that must be kept dry until it falls off naturally, about two weeks. Once the scab has fallen off, DermRenu™, a scar inhibitor that must be used in conjunction with EliminInk™ , is to be applied topically to the treated area three times a day to reduce the chance of scarring and help with the healing process.
